Welcome to Officium (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Officium website, including all content, forms, and external tools integrated into it, such as OfficeRND for bookings and Freshdesk for client support (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By using our website or submitting any form, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
Officium provides outsourced Accounting, Payroll, Business Compliance, HR Consulting, and Space Management Support Services.
Our website serves as an information and service portal that allows clients and visitors to:
- Learn about our services and team;
- Book consultations or space reservations (via OfficeRND links);
- Submit KYC or service inquiry forms;
- Request support or service tickets (via Freshdesk); and
- Communicate with our team through provided email addresses or form submissions.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website or Services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or authorized to act on behalf of your organization;
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms; and
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you represent a company, you affirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
Submitting a form, inquiry, or KYC document through our website or email does not establish a client relationship.
An official engagement is only formed once a Service Agreement or Engagement Letter is signed and confirmed by Officium.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate service requests at our discretion.
4. USE OF INTEGRATED PLATFORMS
4.1 OfficeRND Bookings
Our website may redirect you to OfficeRND for scheduling or booking consultations and meeting spaces.
All bookings made through OfficeRND are subject to these Terms and any additional policies displayed during the booking process.
4.2 Freshdesk Support
Support requests and service tickets may be submitted through Freshdesk, which we use to manage client communications and issue resolution.
By submitting a ticket, you consent to your information being processed through Freshdesk in accordance with their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Officium remains responsible for responding to and resolving tickets submitted under your account.
5. KYC (Know Your Customer) AND INFORMATION COLLECTION
As part of our compliance and onboarding processes, Officium may collect KYC information through:
- Online forms hosted on our website;
- Linked OfficeRND booking forms;
- Email submissions; or
- Secure upload links provided by our team.
You agree that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete.
Officium may request additional documents (e.g., IDs, permits, or registration certificates) to comply with internal and legal verification requirements.
All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines.
6. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Officium takes reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your information.
However, you acknowledge that no system or online platform is completely secure, and Officium cannot guarantee absolute data security against all cyber risks.
We strongly advise clients not to transmit sensitive information via unsecured email or public networks.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to use the website, OfficeRND, Freshdesk, or any related service to:
- Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or false information;
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account;
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights; or
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and design materials found on the Officium website are the exclusive property of Officium or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the website without prior written consent.
9. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Fees displayed on our website (if any) are for reference only.
Actual rates, schedules, and deliverables are defined in the signed Service Agreement or Engagement Letter with the client.
No payment or contractual obligation is formed unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Officium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services;
- Officium is not responsible for errors or downtime caused by third-party platforms like OfficeRND or Freshdesk; and
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid under the relevant engagement for the specific service period.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or portals (including OfficeRND and Freshdesk).
These platforms are operated independently, and Officium does not control their operations or policies.
You are encouraged to review their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies before use.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, OfficeRND, or Freshdesk accounts if you:
- Breach these Terms or applicable laws;
- Submit false or misleading information; or
- Engage in conduct that could harm Officium, its reputation, or its clients.
Termination does not waive your obligation to settle any pending fees or contractual commitments.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Officium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
